4. Returns and Exchanges
All ceramics sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us at studio@ottsandkulcha within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion to the original form of payment.
If a fragrance isn’t right for you, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. We understand that scent requires testing; gently used products are acceptable, provided the bottle remains substantially full. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We cover return shipping only in the case of damaged or defective items. Damage or defects include issues such as breakage during transit or malfunctioning spray mechanisms. In these cases, we may request photographs to assess the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.
