Welcome to Otts & Kulcha. By accessing or purchasing from our site (ottsandkulcha.com), you agree to the following terms:

1. Products
All ceramic and fragrance goods are handmade and small-batch; variations in color, texture, or finish are intentional. Each item is described and photographed as accurately as possible, but small differences are part of the work’s character.

2. Orders and Payment
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout through Shopify’s secure platform. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if an error occurs in pricing or availability.

3. Shipping
We pack carefully and ship via trusted carriers. Free domestic shipping may apply to qualifying orders as noted on the site. Once a package leaves our studio, transit time and carrier delays are beyond our control.

4. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If that happens, please contact us at studio@ottsandkulcha.com within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion to the original form of payment.

5. Intellectual Property
All images, text, and designs on this site are the property of Otts & Kulcha and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Privacy
We collect only the information necessary to fulfill orders and improve your experience. Data is handled securely through Shopify’s encrypted systems; we never sell personal information.
