    If a fragrance isn’t right for you, returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. We understand that scent requires testing; gently used products are acceptable, provided the bottle remains substantially full. To initiate a return, please contact us within the return window.

    Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    We cover return shipping only in the case of damaged or defective items. Damage or defects include issues such as breakage during transit or malfunctioning spray mechanisms. In these cases, we may request photographs to assess the issue before issuing a replacement or refund.
